We produced the original score, sound design, and final mix for the season five promo of MTV’s La Venganza de los Ex VIP. This project is a special one for us, as it marks our fifth season working together with MTV to bring this campaign to life.
The campaign plays with a fun contrast: a peaceful, “innocent” world without exes that suddenly explodes into the sexy, high-energy party of the actual show. To match this shift, the music completely changes gears halfway through, moving from a calm opening melody straight into a heavy, party-driven beat.
We lined up the sound effects to make that sudden transition hit with maximum energy, balancing both moods perfectly to keep the whole piece punchy and full of life from start to finish.
